What we keep, and why.

Effective 24 July 2026

Running a teardown

When you paste an address into the teardown, our server fetches that public page and reads its HTML so the audit can run. We do not store the page. The address you typed is only kept if you go on to ask us to send you the result.

Asking for your teardown

If you enter your email to receive the teardown, we store that email alongside the address you submitted and the report we produced — the gaps found and the estimate shown. We keep the report so that when we reply, we are talking about the same numbers you saw.

What we do with it

We use it to reply to you and to manage any work that follows. It is not sold, not shared, and not added to a mailing list. If you never write back, it sits in private storage until it is deleted.

Where it lives

Submissions are processed on Vercel and written to private Edge storage. Nothing is public.

Do not send patient information

Edge is not a covered entity and this site is not a place for protected health information. Do not submit patient names, records, images or any other identifying clinical detail through any field here.

Deleting it

Email bailey@edgesystem.net with the address you submitted and we will delete the record and confirm it. No account, no form, no conditions.
